| Our customers’ satisfaction and the quality of our products closely relate to the qualification of our employees. Busatis invests great amounts of money in apprenticeship training and further training of employees to maintain and further develop technical excellence in the future.
During apprenticeship training, apprentices are trained as toolmakers and skilled workers in the production department as well as industrial electricians and materials engineering technicians. Ongoing further training according to defined training programs takes place in all departments. During a special program, employees are trained as future supervisors and managers like forepersons, heads of department, and automation engineers.
Busatis apprentices were able to win prizes at national and international competitions several times. Regularly, Busatis apprentices who passed their final apprenticeship examination with distinction are invited to an apprentice celebration in St. Pölten, Lower Austria’s capital.
